Meditation and mindfulness provides us with the tools we need to meet what’s going on head-on. Practicing mindfulness allows us neither to get lost in what’s going on, nor to push it away. Many InsightLA instructors have studied for extended periods with the leading teachers of mindfulness in the West, and trained as dedicated lay practitioners and monastics in all three branches of the Buddhist tradition in the US and abroad.
